Experienced US permanent resident Assistant Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Communication, Marketing, Social Media, Decision-Making, and Writing. Strong education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD focused in Business from The University of Toledo, masters in Integrated marketing communication from the American University in Cairo. I have taught am presently teaching marketing strategy, marketing information systems, fundamental of selling, international marketing, marketing research, consumer behavior, and marketing management for undergraduates. In addition, I taught marketing philosophy, international logistics and supply chain management, innovation and new product commercialization for the master’s level. Moreover, I was an instructor for management behavior classes, introduction to marketing, marketing systems and microcomputer applications during my doctorate studies at the University of Toledo. I am willing and able to teach classes relating to digital marketing, marketing analytics, sales technologies, electronic commerce, mobile commerce, social media, brand management, integrated marketing communication, business marketing technologies, and global marketing. I enjoy teaching students from diverse backgrounds and I am familiar with different educational technologies such as Desire-to-Learn, Moodle, Blackboard and Epslien. I have experience in modern pedagogical techniques such as flipped classroom, reflective learning, and gamification. I am a firm believer in student-centered education that encourages learning by both students and teachers. Moreover, I have implemented strategic information technology plans that include social media, multimedia and extensive online presence during my work in the Egyptian cabinet. I have significantly contributed to the construction of the Egyptian cabinet website, created the Facebook official page, and managed the twitter account. I was part of the team that created the Prime Minister daily media briefing report that includes coverage of global media, economic reports, and electronic articles about the Egyptian cabinet and government in general. I wrote many press releases for local and global media and managed various press conferences. Furthermore, I prepared public opinion polls to measure the public opinion about different social, political, and economic issues and analyzed the data results using SPSS and AMOS.
