Melody Rawlings is a professor in the School of Business and Economics and the Director of the Center for the Advancement of Virtual Organizations (CAVO) at Northcentral University. She is also lead faculty for the Managing Virtual Organizations specialization. She holds a doctorate in Leadership and Master’s in Science and Technology with a specialization in management. She has presented both nationally and internationally on topics such as leading virtual teams, emotional intelligence, and determining leadership potential. She has also authored numerous peer-reviewed articles as well as two books on leadership and teamwork.
