Tracy is the Academic Program Director of the MA in Marriage and Family Therapy program. She is a state of Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She also serves as a local supervisor. She joined the university in early 2016 as an adjunct faculty member teaching the Foundations and doctoral specialization courses and has previously served on the Clinical Administrative Team. Tracy's dissertation involved research around the functions of multigenerational family secrets and her research interests include the exploration of family patterns and family curses, as well as the online supervision experience. Tracy facilitates university supervision for clinical groups and was awarded the AAMFT Minority Supervision Stipend Award in 2016. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and encourages supervisees to identify and implement self-care in a way that will benefit the personal and clinical systems we are all a part of.
