Southwest employees and retirees are also eligible for a 15% Tuition Reduction Scholarship on doctoral programs. The Southwest Airlines Tuition Reduction Scholarship is a great benefit for working adults who want to expand their knowledge and skills for professional and personal growth. At National University, employees can reach their goals with affordable and convenient online classes designed for the working professional. Additionally, Southwest Airlines employee spouses and dependents are eligible for a 15% tuition reduction scholarship towards most degree programs.

Get Course Credit for Your Work Experience at Southwest Airlines

As part of our partnership with Southwest Airlines, National University provides prior learning credit for company leadership training programs. When you successfully complete any of the Southwest Airlines Training programs listed here, you’ll receive the specified number of course credits when you enroll in one the corresponding NU degree program.

Bachelor of Arts in Management – 1 Course Credit (4.5 Quarter Units): MGT 309 Principles of Mgt & Organization
Master of Business Administration – 1 Course Credit (4.5 Quarter Units): MGT 603 Business Operations Management
